How do I return my ordered items?

Personalised items :

Most of our products are personalised just for you, therefore once an order has been sent to production it then becomes non refundable. All of our gift boxes are personalised in some way and also are non refundable once production has commenced. This is because we make everything to order and do not shelf items, including our candles, they are all made with your chosen scent and typically personalised just how you asked it to be. If you have only just placed an order, typically you can call us direct on 0447 359 222 and request the order to be cancelled/refunded. We cannot guarentee this though, as typically we send the order to production within 4 hours of the order being received.

 

Non-Personalised items:

There are some non-personalised items in our store. For example cluddly fluffy bears, bath salts, bath pearls etc. For those items, if you contact us before it's shipped then you have a great chance of receiving a refund!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase of non-personalised items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pretty Little Gift Box, 128 Sundance Way, Runaway Bay QLD 4216, Australia

My order has arrived broken!

Sometimes to post can get a little too excited when delivering, when it comes to gifts for loved onces, there is nothing worse then the item arriving broken in some way. We are here to help. Please take pictures and email us, we will assess the situation and work on getting a replacement sent out as soon as possible.

My order has arrived and there’s a spelling mistake!

We typically cut and paste the exact wording you provide in our production process. This means that it is rare we make a mistake. Please check your original order notes to double check the wording you provided. If the error is our fault, we will most certainly replace the item for you at no cost to you. 

 

I’ve decided to cancel my order, what should I do?

Time is critical here. Please call us immediately on 0447 359 222 and we can try to cancel your order. Once it's sent to our production team it cannot cancelled unfortunately as the personalisation has commenced.

If it's out of business hours and our phone is not answered, please leave a text message immediately and we will get back to you asap.
